The plaintiff averred in the plaint that between the years 19 following representations made to the plaintiff by the defendant orally and in writing the plaintiff using its own money and resources constructed a tourist lodge and tented camp site on a portion of 3 acres of land at Rankau area that the defendant agreed to lease to the plaintiff.
